Return & Refund Policy
As our products are custom-made, returns and refunds are only accepted if the item is received in a damaged condition due to shipping.
To claim a return or refund, customers must record a full and clear video while opening the parcel. The video must clearly show the sealed package being opened and the damaged product inside. Claims based only on photos or edited images will not be accepted.
Returns or refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- the damage was caused by the customer after delivery
- the customer fails to provide a proper unboxing video
- the claim is made for reasons other than shipping damage
- minor color or appearance variations caused by screen settings, lighting, printing variations, or display differences
- issues caused by blurry, cropped, low-resolution, dark, or poor-quality images provided by the customer
Customers must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery by sharing:
- order number
- unboxing video
- details of the damage
Once the claim is approved, the refund will be initiated within 2–3 working days. Refund reflection time may vary depending on the payment method or bank processing time.
We reserve the right to decline any claim that does not meet the conditions mentioned above.
