1. Online Store Terms

MCUBE DIGITAL ART offers digital portraits, print-only products, and print + frame products.

As many of our products are custom-made and personalized, slight variations in color, appearance, print output, or framing may occur due to screen settings, printing processes, materials, lighting conditions, and monitor display differences. Such minor variations shall not be considered defects.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit any product or service at any time without notice.

We also reserve the right to limit the sale of our products or services to any person, region, or jurisdiction on a case-by-case basis.

3. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

Placing an order on our website does not guarantee acceptance of the order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.

Orders for custom or personalized products may not be cancelled once the design process, production process, or printing process has started.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted with the order, including uploaded photos, delivery address, and contact details, is accurate, complete, and up to date.

We shall not be held responsible for delays, errors, failed deliveries, or issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on our website are listed in the applicable currency and are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time, including after an order has been placed. In such cases, we may cancel the order and issue a refund if payment has already been made.

Full payment must be received before order processing begins.

5. Processing and Shipping

Order processing begins only after we receive the required customer photo(s), complete order details, and successful payment.

Estimated processing times are as follows:

  • Digital Portrait Orders: 2–3 business days
  • Print Only Orders: 4 business days
  • Print + Frame Orders: 5 business days

Delivery timelines depend on the customer’s location, courier partner, and service conditions. While we make every effort to dispatch orders on time, we are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, holidays, weather conditions, remote delivery locations, customs issues, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

Shipping is free on all products unless otherwise stated on the website.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are accepted only when the product is damaged during shipping.

To be eligible for a return or refund, the customer must record a clear and complete video while opening the parcel. This unboxing video is mandatory for verification. Claims based only on images or edited media will not be accepted.

Returns or refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • damage caused by the customer after delivery
  • failure to provide a proper unboxing video
  • claims raised without valid proof of shipping damage
  • dissatisfaction based on minor color or appearance variations caused by screen settings, print differences, or display settings
  • custom or personalized order issues that are not related to shipping damage

Customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide:

  • order number
  • parcel opening video
  • brief description of the issue

Once the claim is reviewed and approved, the refund will be initiated within 2–3 working days. The time taken for the amount to reflect in the customer’s account may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.

7. Customer Content and Uploaded Photos

By submitting photos, images, or other materials to us for custom artwork, you confirm that:

  • you own the content or have permission to use it
  • the content does not infringe the rights of any third party
  • the content is not unlawful, abusive, obscene, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable

Customers are responsible for providing clear, suitable, and high-quality photos for custom artwork. We are not responsible for issues in the final output caused by blurry, low-resolution, cropped, dark, unclear, or poor-quality images submitted by the customer.

If a preview, draft, or design approval is shared with the customer and the customer approves it, the approved design cannot later be disputed on artistic, layout, or appearance grounds. After approval, claims will only be considered in cases of shipping damage or wrong item delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse any order that includes content we believe is inappropriate, offensive, illegal, or infringing on third-party rights.

You grant us permission to use the submitted content only for the purpose of creating and delivering your order, unless separately agreed otherwise.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, logos, graphics, product images, artwork samples, designs, and website content, is the property of MCUBE DIGITAL ART and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, or exploit any content from our website without our prior written permission.
